WC1 API - Support for multiple groups under the one parent account
@prabhjyot.mandla - Now we have one group for Organization and cases are going under that. Can I have more group based on business entity teams and store under different groups based the business entity. These groups sit under the parent group (Organization). Please suggest which API supports and what changes require to achieve this. Please suggest. thanks.

As of now group creation is not available via WC1 API endpoints, however, group/sub-group creation can be achieved via WC1 UI, please follow the below instruction to create a group/sub-group via WC1 UI.
"WC1 UI => Admin => Groups => New group"Moreover, group/sub-groups details can be retrieved via "SEQ-pre-groups: Get my top-level groups" API call and the cases can be screened via "SEQ-screen-sync-simple: Perform Synchronous Screening: Simple" by using the specific group/sub-group ids.
