Hello @1876072456

Please be informed that you need the RDP user-id (email) and password credentials to access the API playground. I highly recommend you contact your Refinitiv representative/Account manager to help you with the RDP access credentials.

Once you got the Welcome email, you can follow the "Getting Started for User ID" section of the Getting Started with Refinitiv Data Platform article to set up the access credentials.
