I managed to get Format of the request which will be used to send requests.
However, do case templates change for different groups?

Case Templates are per group and setup by your WC1 API Administrator.
We provide 3 sample Custom fields, which you can modify or delete as you see fit or add more Custom fields. After you change the group's Custom fields the next call the caseTemplate will return the changes. To Edit the custom fields for a group, log into WC1 application as the Administrator, select the group you want to edit in Groups, then select the Group Details tab and scroll down to SCREENING AND RESOLUTION SETTINGS....you'll see the Custom Fields.
