For some inexplicable reason I can no longer login to <<https://emea1.login.cp.thomsonreuters.net/>>. Attempts at changing the password didn't produce the desired result either. I have no idea as to how to proceed.

I am running a quick Eikon data API test successfully at this time.
Do you continue facing the issue?
If yes, and as you were able to login before, but not able to login anymore, this appears to likely be a permissioning issue, and possibly a connectivity issue, rather than API usage issue.
Is your desktop Eikon or Workspace running as expected, if you are able to reach https://emea1.login.cp.thomsonreuters.net nut remain unable to login, I suggest contacting Refinitiv eikon support to verify your user permissions.
