We are migrating from TS1 to HPA. We are trying to whitelist the IP addresses related to the api.refinitiv.com. But we couldn't find the IP addresses anywhere. Any way to get those IPs?

This sub-domain is currently hosted in AWS-east cloud environment and does have fixed IP address (75.2.0.254, 99.83.242.11) associated with it. However, I am not sure if these will not change - either with time, or when company decides to fan out into other geographic regions - which is already the case with streaming real-time data.
For a definitive answer, I would recommend that you raise a ticket at my.refinitiv.com and get a qualified answer from the product group.
