(429, Too many requests, please try again later)

getting error : (429, Too many requests, please try again later).....not using any other process with Refinitiv ...not any excel or any other API program but continuously getting this error ....need to know if these situations occur how to find the source of requests ...since currently ran only one program and there also sent the requests after interval of 20 sec..so no possibility of more than 5 requests any second....kindly assist how to find the source of requests
