ADS is crashing when we stop our internal app which built with RFA JAVA Edition 8.1.0.L1.all.rrg

Dear Team,

We recently migrated the ADS POP server from ADS 3.5 installed on OS RHEL 7.9, bare metal server, to ADS 3.8.1 installed on OS RHEL 8.9, virtual machine. we have encountered a concerning issue after the ADS POP migration, that whenever we stop our internal application built with RFA JAVA Edition 8.1.0.L1.all.rrg, the ADS 3.8.1 crashes.

We would like to know if anyone has reported similar issues before that could be classified as known issues or if this might be related to compatibility problems between the RFA version and ADS 3.8.1. Kindly confirm, Specifically, we would appreciate clarification on whether RFA version 8.1.0.L1 is still supported to use.

Please note that we have already escalated this matter to the Enterprise team, and a ticket is currently open and under investigation.

Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The latest version of RFA JAVA is RFA Java 8.2.5. RFA Java 8.1.x and any prior versions have limited support from end July 2021, as mentioned in this product notification.

    We need to wait for the enterprise team to investigate this issue on ADS. It may not relate to the RFA Java.
