When it comes to the date header value, the default zone is Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) for both v2 and v3. Your date header value must be in sync with GMT (or NTP) clock for the API call to succeed. The difference with the API clock time shouldn’t be more than 30 seconds; otherwise, you will receive a 401 error.
