API for realtime exchange rate

Hi, i am confused with lot of documentation and lot of information. Our client has subscribed to "Refinitiv Real-Time" and we able to connect to Websocket API (https://developers.lseg.com/en#t-realtimesdkandwebsocket). This is a streaming technology where the client gets realtime feeds from server.

But, what we are looking for a REST API (Exchange rates on-demand). Is there any REST API available for the customer who got only license to "Refinitiv Real-Time".

I understand the DSS API, but that requires a different subscription which we do not want to procure.

REST API is available in two products - DSS/Tick History (fundamental and historical data), and LSEG Data Platform (fundamental, historical and real time snapshots). Both these products are different from the real-time service.

You should reach out to your LSEG account manager to understand if you have any bundled services available with your real time subscription.

PS: You do not mention if you are using the websockets with the local deployed RTMDS (onsite ADS). If so, latest version of RTMDS allows REST snapshots and are described in this article.
