Get Connect Error when open a session

Hi,

I got a connect Error when try to open a session. How to fix it?

ld.open_session()

The error indicates that a HTTP connection to the LSEG API Gateway (api.refinitiv.com) is interrupted by your company network policy. It is typically means the SSL certificate presented by the server could not be verified against the local set of trusted certificates. 

I strongly suggest you contact your local IT support team to help you verify your local certificate/proxy.
