Issuer with Calendar services

i'm facing an issue with calendar service (https://api.refinitiv.com/data/quantitative-analytics-dates-and-calendars/v1/calendars).

Indeed, when i extract the calendars List available, i get 'USER_CLDR_1' in the list returned using API.

Are you able to invoke the query on the API Playground?

Just a simple GET request gets me the following response with all calendar codes-

  {
    "name": "Adelaide",
    "code": "ADE_FI"
  },
  {

If you are unable to get this - then it might be an issue with your permissions. I would recommend that you speak with your LSEG account manager to get additional entitlements.

i'm able to get the calendars list using this service, but the issue is that the service returns a list of calendars including an unkown calendar called 'USER_CLDR_1'

I don't see any user entry and even adding custom periods does not modify that list for me. You might have to reach out to the Quantitative Analytics product team by raising the ticket at LSEG MyAccount.
