Error in output for RIC# 2T#ORFWD=BTMJ

The RIC 2T#ORFWD=BTMJ has REF_COUNT=2 however there are no entries for LONGLINK in the output. Can you please take a look?

The link (LONGLINK2) is present in the 2T#ORFWD=BTMJ chain record, but it is empty. This is a normal situation for a chain
record. A link may be empty even if the REF_COUNT indicates that it must be taken into
account. This link may represent a placeholder or an intentional gap in a
display, for example.
