Can I use a RIC in Datastream ?

I tried to enter an instrument using the RIC code, but it does not work. Can I use RICs, and if yes, how ?

Hi @LarryT,

Yes, RICs can be used in Datastream.

However as RICs are not native to Datastream they should
be encapsulated with <> when using Datastream Web Service (DSWS). For example, RIC for Vodafone Group should be passed as <VOD.L>.
