Whether the historical news under each RIC for the same company is the same?

I'm looking for historical news for specific stocks. I found a stock may have several RICs representing different exchanges. I'm wondering whether the historical news under each RIC for the same stock is the same.

A further question is whether any of the RIC for the same CUSIP would return the same list of historical news. I'm using "BestMatch = False". Thanks.
