Why are my credentials not working?

I get the following error: 401 Unauthorized

    Hi @Ripley79,

    Several scenarios may apply:
    - The credentials are incorrectly posted or used in Postman or application (check for spaces)
    - If Group and Country retrieval is working, this would indicate your credentials haven't yet been synchronised on the cloud platform; this process occurs daily at 0600AM UK Time.
