Murex connection to RTMDS

Hi all,

We have a murex client currently subscribing to real-time data via RTDS.

The site is now migrating from RTDS to RTMDS and murex is not able to get real-time data from RTMDS ADS. Log file is attached for reference.

RTDS setup

DACS name - murex

service name - IDN_RDF

Port - 14002

ADS - 172.x.x.x (Local ADS IP)

RTMDS setup

DACS name - murex

service name - hEDD

Port - 14002

ADS - 159.x.x.x (RTMDS ADS IP)

When they undo the above changes and connect murex to RTDS it works fine but when they try RTMDS option they are unable to get the real-time data.

attached logs and below screenshot.

rmdtrepommlog.txt - renamed .log file as .txt for upload purpose.

No lets keep them seperate.

Preliminarily, it looks like a login failure - but can you turn on the RFA logging and show the SDK logs instead of Murex logs. You should also attach logs from ADS at this instance as well.

Hi gurpreet.

This is a separate application issue. The other one was for rfa over ssl and this is for murex over rssl. Logs and screenshots are different but affecting same client.

Should i still combine the 2 issues.
