It shows Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library ---- Assertion Failed when I am trying to run a search function with Admin right.
Is it because my Microsoft Visual C++ setting has some issues? Thank you.

The Assertion failed error is from the Microsoft Visual C++, not from the API itself. Hence, I found the same issue was asked and got answered here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/microsoft-visual-c-runtime-library-error-assertion/08eef0f2-b1d0-4f7e-8552-02ec514b7420. Please try to follow the solutions provided there.
