this works in one of my virtual environments but not in another. Can you tell me how to find what package I have to have installed for this to work.

I checked with Eikon 1.1.18 and it uses the following libraries.
You are using Eikon 1.1.10 and the versions of libraries on the non-working machine are newer than the working machine.
Please follow steps in the Eikon Data API and Refinitiv Data Library - Troubleshooting article and share the results. You may need to upgrade the library to the latest version on the non-working machine.

I think Eikon is installed properly from what I could see. The code I have a problem with works in one Python Environment but not in another. I previously pasted in the pip list from the working and non-working environments in an answer to this question, but I can't now see that post.
