Connect to RTC Caching.

How do I connect and use RTC Cache in-case I will have to retrieve previous 5 minutes flow data, on any failure of pods/Application.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

As I know, the cache in RTDS (including RTC) only maintains the current data. It can't store previous data.

However, you need to contact the RTDS or RTC support team directly via MyRefinitiv to confirm this.
