WC1 API Status Query

Could you advise if WC1 API has a status page or status information that would tell us that the API service is either up or down. If not, is there a way to check at the time of request?

Also, how do users get notified when an outage / downtime is expected on WC1 API?

Hi @Santosh.Mitra,

A notice for maintenance will be sent to all clients. If you don't receive a copy or were not notified, please check with your compliance manager. Should you have any queries, please contact customer services at: grc.wc.support@thomsonreuters.com

Hope this will help.

Thanks,

Shilpi

Thanks @saha.shilpi1

So there is no downtime for the API unless there is a scheduled maintenance in which case clients will be notified in advance?

Contacted c3r.api@tr.com for the response.

Just sent an email to c3r.api@tr.com again.

Yes, that is correct @Santosh.Mitra as long as Client is subscribed to notifications in the Developer Portal Community.
