Based on the given screenshot, the "Invalid attempt to close batch stream, xxx", does the application subscribe Chain as a single request (consumer.registerClient(reqMsg.serviceName("{service}").name("0#.HSI"), appClient);) or using Batch?

If the client uses the Batch, please see my colleague answer in this Invalid attempt to close batch stream. Exception thrown in thomsonreuters::ema::access::OmmInvalidUsageExceptionImpl thread.
