How to pull a list of all the RICs/instrument from Refinitiv?

I would like to know how I can get a list of all the RICs/Instruments used and saved in the lseg/refinitiv database?

additional:
I would like to know how I may retrieve historical data? example: GDP unemployment rate, interest rate, inflation rate, bonds, commodities. Will I be able to pull data dating back 10years?

• RIC Search: This is a web UI tool available on the LSEG Developer Community
• Data Platform Search API: This is a REST API available on the Data Platform
• Bulk Search API: This is a REST API available on the Data Platform to search Real-Time RICs

After you get the requried instruments, such as RICs, or ISINs, you can use the methods (get_data, or get_history) in the library to retreive the data. In order to call those methods, you need to know fields and parameters that can provide the required data. You can use the following tools to search for fields and related parameters.

• Data Item Browser
• Formula Builder in Workspace Excel

You need to ask for the Excel formula which can be used to retreive the required data. Then, we can convert the formula to Python code.
