Unable to connect with Refinitiv Data Library for C#

Trying to connect with the C# API on a new computer (windows) I cannot get a connection.

The workspace application itself seems to work fine.

Are there any system/network configuration settings I should check?

When I turn on logging I get the following RDP.log entries:

    It seems that your connection is closed due to failed authentication:

    Please double check if your credentials are correct in the following locations:

    - your system configuration file (located in C:\Users\<Your-User>\refinitiv-data.config)

    - environment variables (APPKEY must be defined as a System Variable)

    - configuration files inside your project and code where credentials are specified


    If you still encounter issues, please provide the code of the failing example to help us investigate in more detail.
