Getting this error when connecting to Refinitiv Websocket API, is there an issue ?

I found the outage information of RTO on the service alert. The Alert ID is 278114.

The problem has been resolved.

Yes, I'm experiencing the same:

The HTTP request to initiate the WebSocket connection to [wss://eu-west-1-aws-2-lrg.optimized-pricing-api.refinitiv.net:443/WebSocket] failed.

Thank you for reporting this. I also did experience issues with the streaming service where I had trouble connecting. However, it seems to be working now - I assume the issue was addressed by the platform team. Try again and confirm your findings.
