We are not able to start using developer portal. It constantly redirects to first-time-login page and there is no validation errors.

Are you starting on the front page of the portal https://developers.refinitiv.com/ or?

What do you do next?

Have you registered before, are these the creds you are trying to use or you are failing to submit a new registration?
