Since I use an internet proxy to call out, I would like to know how to set it up by adding a proxy configuration.

Is it EMA Java?
The proxy may intercept the certificate so you may need to install the proxy's certificate on the machine.

You have not provided much details about your setup. It seems like you might be trying to connect to RTO cloud. In that case, you can see this Session Management example included with the RTSDK, which will allow specifying the proxy information.
The list of the proxies and authentication schemes are described in the Readme file.

I have set up by adding a Proxy and there was no error before, but I found a new error instead, as shown below

You can use the following JVM options to enable the certificate log.
java -Djavax.net.debug=all -Djava.util.logging.config.file=logging.properties -cp <CLASSPATH> <APPLICATION_NAME>
